A challenging and dynamic plumbing services role with a focus on delivering high-quality work for facilities management.

The successful applicant will lead the planning and delivery of projects, developing operational and maintenance strategies to manage risk and ensure timely completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with over 4 years of plumbing and draining related tasks, including project planning and organisation under remote supervision.
  • Operation of small plant, vehicles, equipment, and tools in a safe and competent manner, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
  • Team leadership skills and physical agility to perform laboring duties, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in digital technology for workflow management and reporting, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the trade.
  • Current Plumber Licence and Queensland C Class driver's license or above, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Working in a safe manner, conducting regular assessments, and providing trade-related advice to stakeholders.
  • Identifying new ways to improve work practices and communicating effectively with stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
