Job Description

A challenging role as the Plumbing Operations Manager is to plan and lead the delivery of plumbing services, projects, and associated works.

The position involves devising and implementing operational, maintenance, and resource plans to manage risk, achieve sustainable service levels, and ensure maintenance programs are completed efficiently.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience of greater than 4 years in a similar role with strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in undertaking plumbing and draining related tasks in accordance with industry relevant codes.
  • Proficiency in planning and organizing plumbing-related work under remote supervision.
  • Ability to undertake a broad range of tasks including operation of small plant, vehicles, equipment, and tools in a competent, proficient, and safe manner.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Physical agility and dexterity to carry out regular laboring duties.
  • Ability to maintain harmony within a team and foster good working relationships with all employees and members of the public.
  • Proficiency in the use of digital technology (smartphones, tablets etc.) for workflow management and reporting.
  • Current Plumber's License and Queensland C Class driver's license or above that is current and maintained.
  • Construction Industry White/Blue card.
