Support Worker Job Description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, providing care and support services to individuals with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as household chores, grocery shopping, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including household chores, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Implement behavior management strategies to support client well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement client-centered plans

Requirements:

- Blue Card for Working with Children (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
- NDIS Worker Screening (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
- Driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS E-Learning modules
- Smartphone with internet access
