We are seeking experienced FEMALE Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team, long term, in supporting a lady living in her own home in Redland City, Queensland.

***Currently seeking a support worker available for DAY and SLEEPOVER shifts. Our support arrangement is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

DAY SHIFTS ARE 9AM -5PM AND SLEEPOVER SHIFTS ARE 5PM - 9AM

The successful applicants will be a team players, honest, trustworthy, and experienced in providing personal cares with empathy and will have a genuine interest in supporting people with complex support needs. MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF CAPALABA IN REDLAND CITY.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE

-Personal care assistance

-Basic cooking and meal preparation

-General Housework and cleaning

-Community Access Support using client's personal vehicle

-Implementing In-Home Therapy and Behaviour Support Programmes

-Liaising with other professionals

-Light gardening duties
