Job Description:

As a Support Worker, you play a vital role in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. You will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide support and guidance in various aspects of daily life.

  • Assist clients with household chores and grocery shopping
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and ensure medication management
  • Encourage participation in social activities, such as holidays, fishing, camping, and beach trips
  • Support the development of independent living skills and implement behavior management strategies when necessary
  • Provide personal care services
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid Blue Card for Working with Children or be eligible to apply
  • Currently hold or be eligible to apply for NDIS Worker Screening
  • Possess a driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Complete NDIS E-Learning modules
  • Own a smartphone with internet access
