Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to manage events in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong event planning and management abilities.

The successful candidate will handle event-related communications, troubleshoot issues during events, and ensure all events run smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and coordinate event logistics
  • Manage event operations and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the event
  • Handle event-related communications and troubleshoot issues during events
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Experience making BEO's, upselling accommodation and F&B services
  • Solid Organization Skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
