We are seeking an experienced Luxury Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team at our Bondi Junction store.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work in our luxury jewellery department, where you will be responsible for driving sales of high-end designer brands and providing exceptional customer service.

  • You will accurately process day-to-day transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure that KPI targets for your department are met by researching pricing and features of luxury items.
  • Create and maintain relationships with both new and existing loyal customers.
  • Work closely with all departments across the store to provide seamless customer experiences.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a luxury retail environment, with a strong passion for high-end fashion and jewellery. You will also possess excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a keen eye for merchandising store displays.

  • You'll have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Be well-versed in international luxury brands and able to confidently negotiate with customers.
  • Enjoy getting creative with store displays and visual merchandising.
