About the Role

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. As a Recruitment Consultant in our Renewable Energy/Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing full 360 recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, ensuring the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client relationships within the renewable energy and engineering sectors.
  • Drive business development and sales efforts to expand our client base.
  • Attend client functions, networking events, and industry-specific forums to build your network.
  • Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passionate team.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering recruitment services (Renewable Energy or Engineering recruitment experience is a plus).
  • Proven sales and business development skills.
  • Existing networks or potential sales channels (advantageous).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create sales opportunities.
  • High level of customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Team and customer-centric approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.
