Clinical Scheduling Coordinator Role

As a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive timely and high-quality care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling of allied health and nursing services
  • Triage referrals, coordinate bookings, and respond to intraday changes
  • Liaise with third-party providers and ensure service instructions align with preferred provider guidelines
  • Maintain stable, responsive schedules as the first point of contact for service changes

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in scheduling and rostering environments is essential
  • Solid understanding of administration procedures and general business practices
  • Initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
