Data Risk Specialist

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Data Risk Specialist to join our team and contribute to creating an international merchant risk control system.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze various types of data to identify risk characteristics and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Support the development of a user risk profile by designing a comprehensive user risk quantification strategy.
- Create data-driven insights to inform business risk decision-making and ensure healthy, compliant, and sustainable development of international business.
- Collaborate with teams to build and improve an AI-based merchant quantitative risk management platform.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in big data analysis and data mining, preferably in banks, third-party payment institutions, card providers, and internet companies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at applying data methods.
- Collaborative and inquisitive mindset.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL data processing is required.
- Proficiency in SAS, Python, R is a nice to have.
