Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure the efficient processing of spare parts orders. As a key member of our Service and Spare Parts team, you will work closely with customers and internal staff to process orders and maintain accurate inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in spare parts and inventory control, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Spare parts stock control and management
  • Stock adjustment and transfer
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping
  • Pick and pack orders for dispatch
  • Collaboration with the service team to ensure parts are delivered on time

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous experience working in warehousing and inventory control
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collect and accurately input data into systems
