Clinical Director for Mental Wellness

Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for mental health services.
- Build positive relationships with doctors and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure high-standard clinical service delivery and outcomes within a sustainable model of care.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards, senior-level experience in clinical nursing and management, and a strong commitment to customer service and quality outcomes.
Requirements:- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency is required.
- Post-graduate qualifications in Health Management are beneficial.
- Excellent consultative leadership skills and ability to build rapport with all stakeholders are essential.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, conflict management, and negotiation skills are necessary.
