Job Overview:

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences and providing expert tax services.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Presenting client-facing meetings to discuss tax strategies and financial planning
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial accounts, tax returns, and Business Activity Statements (BAS)
  • Providing guidance on compliance and complex tax matters including Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF), and Tax Planning
  • Collaborating with clients to develop tailored business structures and provide advisory services

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in public practice as a CPA/CA
  • Client-facing experience, including presenting meetings
  • Excellent software skills with Xero and MYOB, and other accounting software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
