Expert Employment Tax Advisor Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our national team as an expert employment tax advisor. As part of this role, you will provide advice and support on key employment tax matters to clients across Australia.

The successful candidate will have experience in employment tax and excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax, Payroll Tax, PAYG, Superannuation, Salary Packaging, and Due Diligence.

You will work closely with a national team of specialists and have the opportunity to collaborate with clients and regulatory bodies. The role involves advisory and compliance matters, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key responsibilities include delivering expert employment tax advice, ensuring compliance and quality, and engaging and educating clients and regulatory bodies through training seminars.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Collaborative mindset and strong client focus: Eager to work as part of a national team supporting clients across diverse industries with complex tax and payroll compliance issues.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills: Brings experience in employment tax and excellent MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Adaptable and growth-oriented: Skilled at managing multiple priorities independently and within teams, with a strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously learn and embrace new technologies and ways of working.
