As a Retail Experience Manager, you will oversee the management of retail experience projects and ensure alignment with client objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop campaign plans, timelines, and project plans to drive business results
  • Manage account finances and develop job estimates to ensure profitability
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners to foster collaboration
  • Work closely with the Account Director on client briefs and manage feedback to enhance client satisfaction
  • Review creative work to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Coordinate projects with Project Managers and Print Production Teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Liaise with team members for reporting and documentation to maintain transparency
Requirements
  • 2-4+ years' experience in retail and account management with demonstrated success
  • Proven experience in an agency environment with expertise in project resources and stakeholder management

Experience in managing deadlines and time estimates is essential for this role
