Property Portfolio Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Real Estate Management Services team as a seasoned Property Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize investment performance by strategically managing the portfolio and ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by allocating resources, both internal and external, to maintain high-quality services and resolve property-related issues.
  • Negotiate effectively with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations based on agreed standards and requirements, and conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing negotiations in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in property management
  • A Class 1 Real Estate license is preferred, while a Class 2 license is essential
  • Strong knowledge of building services and real estate market trends, activities, and developments
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail
