Lease Property Manager Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work as a Lease Property Manager, playing a vital role in the success of our real estate agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing properties and building relationships with clients.

  • Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure properties are presented in the best possible light, documenting all findings.
  • Open Homes and Viewings: Coordinate and attend open homes, private inspections, and tenant viewings to facilitate smooth transactions and attract potential clients.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to prospective tenants by managing enquiries and providing prompt responses, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Tenancy Applications: Assist with tenancy applications and lease sign-ups to facilitate seamless transactions and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Support the Property Management team with day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management is preferred but not essential, as motivated individuals with relevant skills will be considered.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail, particularly when conducting routine inspections and reporting, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Professional Communication: Demonstrate a professional and approachable manner, with excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Driver's Licence: Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
  • Availability: Be available to start immediately, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
