Coles Financial Services is seeking a seasoned Digital Product Lead to spearhead credit card innovation. As a key member of our Digital team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver strategic product plans that drive customer and account growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing new or enhanced customer value propositions that meet evolving market needs.
  • Identifying and evaluating opportunities for strategic product development, leveraging insights from data analytics and market research.
  • Preparing Distribution Plans to define new account growth, product mix, and collaborating with the Customer team to build out marketing strategies.
  • Developing comprehensive business cases that incorporate revenue drivers, risk management, and compliance considerations.
  • Managing the product lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting sales performance.
  • Nurturing key relationships with peers at NAB, issuer of our white-label lending products, as well as other partnership forums.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A proven track record in product management, preferably in credit cards or consumer finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data sources and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and relevant tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes through strategic and tactical actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex matters with clarity and confidence.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience.
