Employment Opportunities Facilitator

A professional with expertise in supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to achieve their employment goals.

The role involves collaborating one-on-one with clients to enhance their skills and job-readiness, and providing continuous support for a sustainable career.

  • Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find employment that suits their needs;
  • Establishing relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Matching clients with suitable job openings;
  • Ensuring the successful placement of participants into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client activity, documentation, and adherence to compliance requirements;
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.

You will work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your commitment to diversity and inclusion, and are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments, with a minimum of one year's experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances;
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders;
  • Ability to meet performance targets and deliver results-oriented outcomes for our clients/employers;
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within a collaborative team environment;
  • Current Driver's Licence.
