
Job Placement Specialist

A professional with expertise in supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to achieve their employment goals.
The role involves collaborating one-on-one with clients to enhance their skills and job-readiness, and providing continuous support for a sustainable career.
- Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find employment that suits their needs;
- Establishing relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Matching clients with suitable job openings;
- Ensuring the successful placement of participants into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
- Maintaining accurate records of client activity, documentation, and adherence to compliance requirements;
- Delivering exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
You will work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your commitment to diversity and inclusion, and are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments, with a minimum of one year's experience;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances;
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders;
- Ability to meet performance targets and deliver results-oriented outcomes for our clients/employers;
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within a collaborative team environment;
- Current Driver's Licence.
