Job Coach Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Job Coach to join our team in Dapto and Surrounding Suburbs.

The right person will have a passion for helping people, the drive to successfully advocate for others, and a willingness to build relationships.

Job Description:

As a Job Coach, you will be working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career. You will encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment; Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients; Reverse market clients to employers; Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes; Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and Provide exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence;
  • Qualifications: Minimum Tertiary qualifications (Degree or higher);
