Housekeeping Supervisor Position

RAC WA Shark Bay Resort is situated within the Shark Bay World Heritage Area in Western Australia's Northwest, adjacent to the picturesque Francois Peron National Park.

This resort caters for up to 1,200 guests and offers a range of accommodation options including self-contained villas, hotel-style rooms, and campsites.

A casual Housekeeping Supervisor (with the possibility to go full-time) is required to lead our housekeeping team responsible for cleaning self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning daily room requirements and conducting pre-arrival checks.
  • Ensuring adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals.
  • Managing guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service.
  • Training team members.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety compliance.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 6 months' previous experience working in a Housekeeping Supervisor role.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Driver's License is essential.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
