Senior Quality and Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Quality and Risk/Infection Control Coordinator.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Quality/Risk and Infection Control programs, contributing to strategic direction and daily operational processes.
This position is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating Quality and Infection Control procedures, practices, and standards.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of National Quality Safety Healthcare Standards (NSQHS) and ACHS Accreditation System, along with experience in supporting clinical teams to meet required standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commitment to high-standard clinical and customer-focused care, and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- At least 5 years post-graduate experience and/or qualifications in either Infection Control and/or Quality Management
- Experience in the Acute setting
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Proven ability to provide education and training to staff on relevant topics
