- Hold tertiary qualifications in nursing and certain disciplines
- Be familiar with ACHS Accreditation System in comparison to the National Standards for Quality Health Services (NSQHS).
- Be proficient in writing reports and driving safety standards and protocols across the Hospital

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Spearheading continuous implementation and monitoring of the Hospital/Facility's quality improvement program while advocating for risk management in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Overseeing all accreditation procedures.
- Offering proactive leadership in quality and risk management to aid Managers in ongoing review of their protocols.
- Engaging in clinical data gathering, organization, and analysis.
- Orchestrating and managing case review inquiries.
- Providing guidance and consultancy to Managers on quality enhancement initiatives to foster organizational capacity and proficiency.
