Job Title: Senior In-House Legal Advisor

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the primary legal advisor to a global organization, providing proactive business-focused advice and execution.
  • Assisting with legal responses to corporate matters encountered by stakeholders.
  • Leading external communication on legal matters, including negotiation with external parties.
  • Participating in complex transactional activities globally, such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and restructurings.

 

Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer in an English, Commonwealth, US or European jurisdiction with a strong understanding of business practices.
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience working in-house at a well-established corporate or investment fund or a reputable law firm with a focus on corporate practice.
  • Strong team player with excellent business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ideal candidate has been trained in a reputable law firm with expertise in corporate transactions.
