Our organization is seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead our legal strategy and operations.
Job Description:As the chief legal officer, you will oversee the entire legal function, encompassing commercial, corporate, privacy, IP, and employment matters. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic legal counsel.
You will be responsible for shaping our commercial, governance, risk, and compliance practices, while ensuring adherence to relevant frameworks. This role requires excellent judgment, strong generalist skills, and the ability to balance legal risk and business outcomes.
Requirements:- A qualified lawyer with at least 10+ years of experience, including time in-house at a technology or SaaS company.
