About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at NCS Australia. As a key member of our data and analytics team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven innovation and supporting better outcomes in aged care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, build strong relationships, and create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements, conduct business process analysis, and assist in user acceptance testing and training.
  • Utilize data analysis and business intelligence tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Expertise in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Proficiency in using modeling techniques like UML, BPMN, and iDEF0 to represent business processes and requirements.
  • Experience with requirements management tools to capture, track, and manage requirements.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and business intelligence tools, including Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of Azure DevOps features and capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Certified in BABOK.
