Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and build phases of the ERP Finance and Procurement rollout.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for the new ERP system.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development and configuration teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and lead requirement gathering sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs.
  • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure the solution meets operational and business requirements.
  • Support the configuration and testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the ERP system is delivered successfully.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to end-users during the system rollout.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects, desirable for experience focusing on finance and procurement modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes and the ability to map them to ERP solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various teams.
  • Experience with project planning, requirements gathering, and process design in large-scale system implementations.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, managing competing priorities.
