About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading a transformational Oracle stabilisation project at Nova Systems. This project aims to establish a baseline for how our system operates, enabling us to identify opportunities for system changes and improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect and analyse current state processes following the implementation of Oracle HCM and ERP modules.
  2. Develop graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
  3. Lead process analysis, validation, and verification to ensure that process maps and statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
  4. Elicit process information by accessing published training materials and product information, and using interviews with process owners and users.
  5. Develop appropriate documentation to serve as work instructions for the processes and to assist with the development of training materials that can be published to users.
  6. Collect and analyse change requests and improvement suggestions to produce high-quality technical, functional, and business requirements to inform the development roadmap.
  7. Facilitate requirements prioritisation based on business value and benefit realisation.
  8. Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
  9. Assist the Business Operations team to embed the Oracle HCM and ERP solution, to improve efficiency and reduce process friction with other areas of the business.
  10. Manage changes to requirements and processes with effective change control processes and tools.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  2. Experience with Oracle Cloud applications is essential.
  3. Advanced skills in using Business Process Mapping (BPM) tools.
  4. Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts is highly desirable.
