About the Role



We are seeking a skilled Digital Optimization Specialist to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving digital profitable growth by analyzing and optimizing our online customer experience.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze website performance data, traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior to monitor trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards summarizing key findings and presenting actionable insights to the regional digital team and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance the overall online shopping experience, including A/B testing.
  • Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand the behavior and preferences of different customer groups.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in SQL and data enablement platforms, leading upskilling efforts for the regional digital team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customer activation, marketing, e-commerce leads, and experience leads to track campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve sales and inventory management.


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and advanced Excel skills or similar analytics software.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conducting experiments to optimize website elements.
  • Expertise in SQL and working in cloud-based data platforms.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, tracking implementations, and industry best practices.
  • Business acumen, understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and user experience principles.
  • Adaptability to stay updated with evolving industry best practices and emerging analytics tools and techniques.
  • Proactive, curious, and innovative approach to problem-solving with a constant improvement mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years' experience in web analytics, preferably within e-commerce or fashion retail, demonstrating value-creating improvements and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
