Compliance and Admissions Manager

The academy seeks a highly skilled Compliance and Admissions Manager to oversee the management of our Registered Training Organisation.

  • \
  • Monitor and administer RTO compliance with VET regulation, including CRICOS and VET Student Loans.\
  • Develop compliance monitoring plans based on legislative requirements.\
  • Lead internal auditing for ASQA compliance.\
  • Manage student admissions and ensure accurate documentation.\
  • Develop and review relevant policies and procedures.\
  • Ensure continued compliance against standard operating procedures.\
  • Support staff development and train employees within locations.\
  • Coordinate arrangements for overseas students' training at the academy.\
  • Review and improve RTO activities, programs, and service delivery.\
  • Contribute to new business tenders and identify revenue streams.\
  • Manage the RTO to meet targets and KPIs.\
  • Staff performance management and professional development.\
  • Attend meetings and produce regular reports.\

    • Effective relationship building with senior management and colleagues.\
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships through business and customer management.\
    • Organisational project management and administrative skills.\
    • Knowledge of State & Federal Training funding.\
    • Experience with VET Student Loans desirable but not essential.\
    • Able to work to and meet targets and KPI's.\
    • Strong administration and compliance capabilities.\
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.\
    • Ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders.\
    • Highly developed interpersonal skills.\
