Lead Cafe Professional

Our cafe operates in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We pride ourselves on delivering unique experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies
  • Train staff to achieve high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety
  • Manage stock levels and wastage, maintaining accurate records
  • Maintain excellent communication skills for seamless interaction between front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Prepare and present food and beverages to a high standard
  • Provide top-notch customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Perform tasks such as making coffees, operating the register, and preparing displays

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality experience is essential
  • Barista experience is mandatory
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

Our cafe operates Monday to Friday, with public holidays and weekend availability. Ability to commute or relocate to the desired area is preferred.
