Customer Service and Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong sales instincts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

This varied position is the frontline of our service experience, blending customer service, scheduling, and sales. You'll assist clients via phone, email, and online channels, while also driving bookings and service revenue through effective sales and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Customer Support: Handle general enquiries and provide advice on service and diagnosis offerings.
  • Service & Diagnosis Sales: Explain options clearly, upsell where appropriate, and recommend relevant products or services (cross-sell).
  • Booking & Scheduling: Ensure Service & Diagnose Technicians are booked efficiently for the upcoming days in coordination with the scheduling team.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Conduct follow-up calls for service reminders and customer outreach.
  • Real Estate & Online Channels: Manage contact tickets, podium enquiries, and work orders from property managers.
  • Showroom Support: Assist with walk-in showroom customers, maintaining a clear focus on service and diagnosis sales.
