We are hiring our next Customer Service Champion - to act as a trusted advisor and advocate to our customers in the building of their homes.
With a customer-centric focus at the core of everything you do, you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer enquiries throughout the construction period of their home
Managing customer expectations around construction milestones
Communicate and cooperate with internal departments as an advocate for the customer
Liaising with key stakeholders to deliver customer service excellence
Scheduling and supporting the facilitation of contracts, settlements and other appointments with customers
Prepare and follow up on relevant documentation whilst providing continuous updates to customers before and during construction
Manage job workflow and ensure project milestones are achieved to acceptable timeframes
Updating customers on a weekly basis of project progress and customer queries
Contribute to weekly workflow progress meetings with team leader
Qualifications | Experience:
Previous residential building industry experience a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office, OnSite Companion (or similar)
High level of attention to detail and robust administrative skills
Self-motivated, driven with a positive attitude
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Residential construction: 1 year (required)
- CRM software: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Work Location: In person
