Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

As a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and impact of our programs. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating M&E plans to inform decision-making and drive organizational performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive M&E strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and manage surveys, data collection tools, and other research methods to gather high-quality data.
- Conduct rigorous analysis and interpretation of data to inform program improvement and optimization.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as public health, evaluation, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in M&E, including design, implementation, and analysis of M&E plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
