As an Educational Leader, you will collaborate with fellow Educators to enhance educational practices and programs for children. Your role will involve observing and evaluating current practices, fostering continuous improvement, and guiding the educator team in understanding child development and early years content knowledge.
Your Responsibilities:
- Champion educational excellence: Lead initiatives that uplift practices and promote high-quality education.
- Support professional growth: Provide guidance on the application of the Early Years Learning Framework or other approved learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with the centre leadership team to implement effective changes and improvements.
