The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and leading a positive and enriching environment to support and engage school-aged children in our Outside School Hours Care and vacation care programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to develop and implement engaging programs
- Maintaining effective communication with parents and stakeholders
- Ensuring the highest standard of care and safety for children
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Proven experience working in a similar lead educator role
- Current First Aid Certificate, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration and National Police Check
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
