Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

This is a hands-on role where you will be deeply immersed in data analysis and insights generation, integrating data wrangling, statistical analysis, and visualization with a strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify customer churn risks and retention opportunities.
  • Analyse customer behavior to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards/reports using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Extract and manipulate data using SQL queries.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or customer analytics roles.
  • Experience working with CRM data, preferably leveraging Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
  • Strong SQL skills; Python or R programming experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated individuals who can own an end-to-end process.
