Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

A critical role in designing and delivering reporting frameworks, dashboards, and workforce analytics to enable data-driven decisions across People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and analyze people data using SQL and HR systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and agreements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Deliver analytics and workforce trends that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide documentation, mentoring, and support to enhance reporting capability across P&C.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance.
About You:
  • Strong experience in Advanced SQL, HR systems – main system, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Skilled in designing and implementing reporting frameworks in complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic workforce insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and project coordination skills.
