Customer Service OpportunityAbout the RoleThis permanent, full-time position offers a unique chance to provide exceptional service and support to clients from diverse backgrounds. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in helping people access essential services and gain valuable skills with a leading provider of government-funded hearing care.Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and respond to all counter and telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Cover reception duties and undertake general administration tasks, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports.
  • Liaise extensively with clients, comprising children and adults with complex needs, as well as those from multicultural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Assist Clinicians with clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering expert advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, intermediate to advanced level computer literacy, and some experience working with mobile technology (both Apple and Android applications).

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
