The **Conference and Events Team** at Lancemore Mansion Hotel are looking for casual Food and Beverage Attendants, passionate about the hospitality industry, to join this vibrant, tight-knit team.

**About The Role**:

- Reporting to the F&B and/or Restaurant Manager you will have a passion for hosting and delivering exceptional service and dining experiences.
- Join enthusiastic, customer service focused team members.
- Full training provided
- Multiple roles and shift options to suit your availability
- Deliver exceptional guest service in various food and beverage outlets
- Be an ambassador for the hotel

**About You**:

- Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue will be highly regarded
- You must have a passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
- A la carte waiter experience in a quality dining environment will be of great interest.
- A valid RSA certificate is essential
- A desire for service excellence
- A basic understanding of wines and spirits
- A great communicator
- Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Initiative and be a team player
- Good personal presentation
- Self-motivation, can do attitude
- You will have full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia - **No VISA or sponsorship will be offered for this role.**
