Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams when requested by Managers
  • Train and Coach colleagues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Serve food and drinks
  • Maintain high quality products
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Collaborate with the kitchen to deliver high-quality dishes
  • Ensure efficient floor operations, including running food, clearing tables, and taking orders
  • Set up and pack down the venue
  • Maintain a clean environment, adhering to cleaning policies
  • Follow our steps of service
  • Upsell and suggest items
  • Promote Specials, Promotions, and events
