Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service of food and beverage, ensuring that all areas are adequately staffed to meet business demands, and maintaining high standards of service and brand quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and rostering staff.
  • Coordinate the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of training, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in high-volume restaurants, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate and maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation.
