Concrete Transport Specialist

The Opportunity

As a Concrete Transport Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality concrete to our customers on time.

You will operate specialized vehicles called agitators, ensuring safe and timely transportation of concrete from our plants to construction sites.

This role requires a strong focus on safety, a sense of responsibility, and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating agitator trucks to deliver concrete to various locations">
• Following prescribed delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries to construction sites">
• Inspecting vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or safety issues">
• Complying with all traffic regulations and maintaining a clean driving record">
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines, both on the road and at job sites">
• Providing excellent customer service, building positive relationships with clients">
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and paperwork">

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A valid and clean HR driver's license">
• Proven experience as a professional driver with a minimum 6-months on-road HR experience, ideally with experience in operating agitator trucks">
• A strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws">
• Physical ability to load and unload concrete as necessary">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently">
• A strong commitment to safety and responsible driving practices">
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required">
