Job Summary

Maintenance Operations - Fleet Planner at a premier defense organization.

The role supports the Air Combat and Electronic Attack Sustainment Program for F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler platforms. This includes developing integrated maintenance schedules, modifications, and conducting routine fleet assessments to ensure optimal performance and readiness.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for aircraft fleets to meet operational requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues affecting platform performance.

Conduct regular fleet assessments to inform strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in maintenance operations to drive process improvements.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a defense or aerospace context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, logistics, or business administration.
