Leadership Opportunity

Australian Retirement Trust is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of Financial Advisers in delivering quality, compliant intra-fund financial advice to our members.

About the Role

  • Lead and motivate a team of advice professionals to deliver high-quality intra-fund advice.
  • Drive performance and capability development to meet current and future business needs.
  • Champion member outcomes through coaching, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage escalations, complaints, and complex member requests.
  • Collaborate on harmonisation initiatives to enhance the advice experience.

Key Requirements

  • Proven leadership, people management and coaching experience.
  • Meet the Relevant Providers Education and Training Standards and able to be appointed to provide personal advice to retail clients.
  • Experience in identifying and delivering operational efficiencies and developing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, written and communication skills.
