Job Role: Healthcare Professional

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to drive localised provision of healthcare services, reducing the need for hospital access.

The Job Specification
  1. Triage and assess patient needs for face-to-face appointments, delivering high-quality care in primary care settings.
  2. Act as autonomous clinicians, responsible for assessment, treatment plans, and referrals to specialist services.
  3. Comply with professional conduct guidelines and national standards.
  4. Take comprehensive patient histories, perform physical examinations, and use expert knowledge to identify potential diagnoses.
  5. Refer patients for investigations and specialist care where necessary.
  6. Independently prescribe medicines and make onward referrals.
  7. Ensure continuity of care and work independently within a local and wider healthcare team.
  8. Provide leadership and ensure best practice in patient care.

This role is suited to an autonomous clinician with experience in delivering high-quality care in primary care settings, handling minor ailments.
