Advanced Nurse Practitioner Role

We are seeking a skilled and autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care in a Primary Care setting.

  • A key responsibility will be to assess patient needs through telephone triaging and face-to-face appointments.
  • You will develop comprehensive treatment plans and refer patients to specialist services when necessary.
  • Prescribing medicines and making onward referrals as required will also be part of your duties.
  • Providing leadership to the team and ensuring continuity of care will be crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care in a Primary Care setting, with experience in dealing with minor ailments. They must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

This role is particularly suited to an individual who can drive localised provision of services and reduce hospital access.
