Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations and delivery of quality care and services to residents. This role requires a strong background in residential services management, clinical experience, and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day facility management
  • Compliance with aged care standards and accreditation processes
  • Effective risk, quality/continuous improvement, and compliance management
  • Financial analysis and reporting

  • AHPRA registration as an RN Div 1
  • Experience in management roles
