We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to own quality, shape the future of our product, and redefine how organisations handle one of their most critical functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a tight, talented team of three, embedding quality from strategy through to release. You will work alongside passionate engineers and product leaders who want things done right the first time.

The successful candidate will have the mandate to set the standard for quality, uplifting frameworks, automation, and performance testing. They will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team, ensuring their growth matches the ambition of the platform.

You will champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering, influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is delivered. Additionally, you will drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, Type Script).

To be successful in this role, you will need proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in Saa S, HR/payroll, or financial systems. You will also require deep automation expertise and hands-on technical strength. Brilliant communication skills, including the ability to engage executives, mentor juniors, and collaborate with peers effortlessly, are essential.
