Quality Assurance Manager

As a senior professional in quality assurance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our production operations.

Reporting to the Production Organisation Accountable Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the monitoring function. Your expertise will ensure the ongoing evaluation and system monitoring of our production organisation.

  • Hold key positions in quality management for our production organisation
  • Monitor design organisation compliance with Military Production Organisation Exposition, Quality Management Systems, and Defence Aviation Safety Regulations
  • Develop, conduct, and manage assurance, monitoring, and analysis activities to ensure effective and compliant Military Production Organisation activities
  • Provide assurance on technical content of released products
  • Capture, analyse, and report metrics on production health
  • Coordinate communications with regulatory authorities
  • Audit sub-contractors for Quality System extension
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and allocate resources effectively
  • Lead Quality and Production teams to drive First Time Quality and continuous improvement

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with extensive aviation experience ideally in aircraft design and certification. Relevant quality engineering or production experience is also highly desirable. Additionally, a completed course in quality management sufficient for lead auditor certification is required.
